F&B Bartender - Winter Season

As F&B Barista, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Greet guests on arrival in an efficient and friendly manner, using guest name whenever possible.
Promote coffee consumption and tea blends by educating guests by selling coffee, tea blends and coffee grinding and brewing equipment, accessories, and supplies.
Present and explain the coffee drink menu and able to explain the differences in coffee beans and coffee preparation machines and devices.
Prepare and sell coffee drinks by following prescribed recipes and preparation techniques for coffee drinks.
Learn about different brewing methods, beverage blends, food preparation, and presentation techniques to improve food and beverage quality.
Maintain inventories by replenishing coffee bean supply, stocking coffee brewing equipment, maintaining supplies, pastries, and cookies for coffee bar.
Ensure all mis-en-place for coffee recipes and drinks are correctly prepared prior to service.
Make every effort to ensure the comfort and enjoyment of guest’s coffee requests throughout service.
Ascertain guest satisfaction and ensure that all guest billing procedures are handled correctly, minimizing rebates during check out and bid guest farewell.
Maintain a high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene.
Knowledge of all safety, security and emergency procedures related to my position in line with brand and statutory requirements.
Knowledge and strict adherence to LQA standards.
Qualifications
To execute the position of F&B Barista, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 1-3 years restaurant experience in a full-service outlet or similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
