Duties and Responsibilities
As Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Leading payroll procedure compliance.
Working on payroll report and leave accrual.
Keep abreast of industry trends and practices and update knowledge and skills to improve the product and service offering.
Focus on the rejuvenation of the Human Resources department.
Develop Host engagement initiatives.
Support Human Resources department on recruitment.
Assist on conducting host satisfaction surveys and support on formulating any corrective action.
Attend and assist on the preparation of periodic host meetings, awards, performance management system.
Maintain confidential and complete host files aligned with local legislation.
Assist Assistant Human Resources Manager on conducting periodic salary and benefits analysis.
Assist to schedule events, activities, team gatherings with the collaboration of my team and communicate any activities to Hosts.
Review and assist in developing host accommodation and host facilities, along with the host restaurant and host committee, careers fairs and various other host activities.
Participate in Mission Wellness activities and social and environmental activities in coordination with the rest of Human Resources department.
Follow Human Resources compliances on all legal statutory and financial requirements.
Maintain documentation, reporting systems, contractual obligations, security and safety protocols, communications, product and service standards.
A high standard of personal appearance, grooming and hygiene, plus comprehensive knowledge of safety, security and emergency procedures will be maintained by myself and all hosts in line with the brand and statutory requirements.
Prepare and submit legally required and confidential documentation related to the department.
Perform any additional duties given to me by the Assistant HR Manager / Director of HR /General Manager.
Upkeep Six Senses guidelines and standards of service and operation. My performance benchmarks are maintained and exceeded.
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Human Resources & Payroll Coordinator, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
Diploma or equivalent in Business, preferably in Human Resources and at least 1 year experience in a similar setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Technical skills include advanced MS Office, Outlook platforms.
Fluent in French & English
European passport or valid Swiss Work authorization
