Duties and Responsibilities
As Concierge Assistant Manager, I will assume full responsibility for the efficient operation in the following:
Serve as the one of the points of contact for VIPs, repeat guests, and complex requests
Personally oversee high-impact guest moments and special occasions
Foster a culture aligned with Six Senses values: care, trust, respect, and sustainability
Conduct regular training sessions and performance evaluations
Ensure highly personalized itineraries reflecting wellness, nature, and local culture
Maintain strong relationships with premium local partners (restaurants, ski schools, guides, cultural institutions)
Coordinate closely with Front Office, Spa & Wellness, Housekeeping, F&B, Engineering
Oversee daily Concierge, Drivers, and Guest Services operations across all shifts
Anticipate guest needs through proactive communication
Strictly adhere to LQA standards and guest comments.
Qualifications
To execute the position of Concierge Assistant Manager, I must have the required qualifications, technical skills and experience in a similar role in luxury hotels with proven results and includes the following:
High school diploma or equivalent and at least 5 years experience in a similar hotel operational setting. Hospitality diploma/degree from a recognized hospitality school is preferred.
Technical skills include MS Office – Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook. I am also familiar with various hotel systems including POS, PMS and CRM platforms. I have excellent knowledge of guest related functions and guest service.
